By registering for an account on Omimek Academy, you understand, represent and agree that you have read and agree to abide by the terms, conditions and regulations specified here on the website when you sell or buy any products.

These regulations guide and direct your use of the website. Thus you must comprehend every information contained therein.

Additionally, these Terms may be changed by Omimek Academy at any time, and an updated version will be available on this page. Therefore, you agree to comply with the requirements of the new form once it becomes effective. We will notify users of the Omimek Academy platform via the community or the website of the change with immediate effect.

The following conditions are what you are expected to adhere to as an affiliate upon registering on the Omimek Academy platform, these are:

• Access to Marketplace:

Affiliates can only use Omimek Academy after paying a non-refundable fee of NGN 5000 (or its equivalent in dollars) per year to subscribe to the platform. Otherwise, affiliates have no access to the Omimek Academy marketplace.

• Personal Liability:

On no account should you divulge security information about your account to anyone. You are solely responsible for any actions that may result from disclosing your credentials.

• Payment Process:

As an affiliate, you are paid according to your sales commissions. The vendors determine the percentages on these commissions.

• Adherence to Local & International Customer Regulations:

When promoting a Omimek Academy – powered product/course, all advertising, marketing, mailing, or promotion must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC Act, the FTC’s rules on testimonials and earnings claims, and it must include a functional unsubscribe link that enables the recipient to stop receiving communications at any time.

• Confidentiality:

Respect the privacy of the data that has been disclosed, created, or made available to you, including information and user/customer data.

• Withdrawals:

All payment requests begin and end on Friday. However, payouts leave on Saturday via a Nigerian bank deposit.

• Miscellaneous:

Affiliates might get extra bonuses depending on reached goals or other factors. Additionally, several technical training opportunities, etc., are made accessible for affiliate use.

Vendors

The following conditions are what you are expected to adhere to as an affiliate upon registering on the Omimek Academy platform, these are:

• Product Listing, Vetting, & Approval:

As a vendor, you must submit your product for vetting and approval before it’s added to the list. All products go through this process regardless. The vetting process takes a few days before your product is disapproved or approved.

• Payment Process:

Omimek Academy pays its vendors via bank transfers. Your money is sent to a valid bank account with your name. Vendors and affiliates alike are paid every Saturday of the week. Withdrawal requests are allowed on Fridays only.

• Commission Percentage Policy:

The vendors decide on the percentage to set aside in commission for affiliates.

However, we generally advise and make vendors pay reasonable commissions to the affiliates to gear up interest in promoting their products.

• Intermediary between Vendor & Buyer:

We offer a mediator service so that vendors can list their products on our platform for potential customers.

• Confidentiality:

Respect the privacy of the data that has been disclosed, created, or made available to you, including information and user/customer data.

• Personal Liability:

On no account should you divulge security information about your account to anyone. You are solely responsible for any actions that may result from disclosing your credentials.

• Compliance:

As a vendor, you must comply with every requested information on the product you intend to list on Omimek Academy. Failure to comply would result in listing disapproval and other dire consequences.

• Refund Policy:

Vendors are autonomous and decide what their refund policy would be for users. However, we advise vendors to provide a reasonable refund policy clause for potential buyers.
